TS Communications Return Policy

We have a strict returns policy.

You have the right to change your mind and to return the product within 7 days of receipt of goods. However the products must be returned in as new condition and all packaging must be in tact. Failure to do so will result in a Restocking fee attached and will be deducted from your refund.

A similar thing applies with faulty products. If a product is received to you damaged or faulty you must inform us as soon as practical. But no later than 3 days after recieving the goods. You must inform us fist and a RMA Number will be issued. This number must accompany the product. The goods must be delivered back to us within 7 days. However the products must be returned in as new condition and all packaging must be in tact (excluding the faulty or damaged parts as described). Failure to do so will result in a Restocking fee attached and will be deducted from your refund.

Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to any plans or services without notice. However if you are a current customer you will be informed of any changes 30 Days prior to the changes going ahead.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.

Terms of Naked Broadband Service

  • Your phone will be disconnected
  • You cannot get the same phone number back if you reconnect your phone.
  • You will be able to access 111 emergency services from your phone However they won't know your location. You will have to inform them of your address.
  • Services such as (but not limited to) Sky TV subscriptions, monitored alarms, panic buttons and medical emergency buttons should work, but may not work.
  • Charges will be incurred should there be a fault on the line.
Billing Periods:

You will always pay your account in advance.

We bill per calendar month.

We send invoices on the 10th to be paid by the 31st (Or the last day of the month) for the next month’s internet.

We will suspend your account if the account hasn't been paid. Unless if you have paid for a set period we won't suspend you until the set period has expired.

The first invoice after you have used your first month may include an adjustment to cover the period which has / hasn't been paid for already.

So for example you sign-up on the 12th of January we will bill you 1 whole month. Effectively paying to the 12th of February. So the next invoice will include from the 12th of February to the 28th of February as well as the next month’s charges. This will show on your next invoice (February Invoice for March’s Services).

Right to suspend accounts:

TS Communications reserves the right to be able to suspend any unpaid account which has expired its paid term.

If an account becomes suspended TS Communications may remove any discount that is offered to the customer.

Before a suspended account is reinstated it must be brought uptodate. We will need to verify this has been done prior to reinstatement.

Any account that is suspended for more than 7 days maybe disconnected by TS Communications. A re-connection fee may then apply.

Termination of Term Contracts:

If you are on a specially arranged Term Contract and you breech the terms of the contract, or the Contract is terminated prior to the term being completed, we will require 80% of the left over term to be paid immediately.

If the Term involved leased equipment this must be returned otherwise a replacement fee will be charged ontop of any other fees owing.

Recovery of Debt:

Any debt owed to TS Communications may be referred to a Debt Collector to recover. If this happens it may affect your Credit Rating. Debt collection costs maybe added to amount owing.

Late Payment FEES:

If your invoice remains unpaid 5 Days after it is due a $10 Late Payment Fee will be added automatically, Unless you are under a prior arrangement.

Refunds:

TS Communications, doesn't generally offer a refund. We do however offer account credit. Please be careful when paying your account. If you over pay your account this will sit as account Credit.
