Low contention Ratio!
A low contention ratio is important to make sure your bandwidth remains consistent throughout the day. We do this by working out our expected Bandwidth requirements and doubling it. We have all customers using the same pool. So it is important that we have enough bandwidth for everyone.
Imagine it like a Pizza, a pizza is cut into a number of pieces. If your hungry you may eat a whole one. Where as if you had one piece only you will still be hungry. The same effect happens here.
